Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 1 hour 10 minutes
Servings: 16 slices

  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 ounces chocolate, (about 2 cups) chopped * see notes

  • Line the bottom and sides of a 9x9 square dish with parchment paper. Lightly grease the parchment paper to make sure your fudge doesn't stick, and set aside.
  • In a medium sized saucepan, combine chocolate and condensed milk. Place over a stove burner set to low heat. Warm, stirring constantly, until the chocolate has melted and you're left with a smooth mixture.
  • Pour the fudge into your parchment lined and greased dish. Smoothen and spread the fudge into an even layer in your dish. Chill for about 1 hour in the fridge, or until set. Slice and serve!

* You can use any type of chocolate you like here (white, milk, semi-sweet, or dark). I typically go with semi-sweet!
Since there are only TWO ingredients in this recipe, make sure to choose good quality chocolate for the best flavor! Whichever you decide to go with, make sure it's made for melting! It should be labeled as "Baker's" or "couverture" chocolate. Regular chocolate chips don't melt as smoothly.
