Line the bottom and sides of a 9x9 square dish with parchment paper. Lightly grease the parchment paper to make sure your fudge doesn't stick, and set aside.
In a medium sized saucepan, combine chocolate and condensed milk. Place over a stove burner set to low heat. Warm, stirring constantly, until the chocolate has melted and you're left with a smooth mixture.
Pour the fudge into your parchment lined and greased dish. Smoothen and spread the fudge into an even layer in your dish. Chill for about 1 hour in the fridge, or until set. Slice and serve!
